Last updated: October 26, 2025
Rundown is a mobile application that provides runners with insights, summaries, and performance analysis based on running activity data. The app connects to Strava for authentication and imports your running data to generate AI-powered insights — all processed locally on your device.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Rundown. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Rundown uses Strava authentication to identify you and access your running activity data.
Rundown is designed with local-first data privacy in mind.
Rundown does not sell, share, or permanently store your activity data.
Rundown uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to help analyze your running patterns and provide insights such as summaries, progress indicators, or recommendations.
You maintain full control over your data:
By authenticating through Strava, you consent to: (1) Local caching of your Strava running data on your device, and (2) The use of that data for AI-powered analysis and insight generation.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or loss of access to the app.
